BISBEE ROCKS!
Join the Muleteam for a tour of the Glance Conglomerate and the geological formations on the western and eastern sides of Old Bisbee. No knowledge of geology required! Approximately 4 miles of mostly flat walking. Bring water and snack. Meet 9am Saturday, Nov 1 at the Old Bisbee courthouse fountain to carpool. The hike will depart from the parking lot of the Hitching Post in Warren at 9:20. For more info contact Jay at (206) 245-0715.

BACKTRACK - Laura's Loop
The first hike of the season was a success! We had 23 hikers and three dogs. We tackled Laura's Loop, winding up through Zacatecas Canyon and around. The weather was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for better. Some hiked easily through the acacia without a scratch. And others...not so lucky. One hiker took a small detour and got a bit turned around, but found his way back to us—no search party required! Shade was in short supply, but near the end a few of us managed to claim some precious patches of it. We sat down, relaxed, and enjoyed our snacks. Great day on the trail! - Sara (and Laura)
